• Student Profile: Name, admission number, roll number, class & section, date of birth, gender, and photograph.
• Parent / Guardian Contacts: Primary contact numbers, email addresses, and residential communications.
• Academic & Attendance Records: Daily attendance logs, term assessments, exam scores, and report cards.
• Fee & Financial Ledger: Transaction references, fee structures, receipts, and payment status through secure digital payment rails (e.g., TezzPay). We do not store raw UPI PINs or card credentials.

3. Use of Information

Collected records are used exclusively for school operations:

• Delivering core educational services and academic monitoring.
• Direct SMS, WhatsApp, and email alerts for student attendance, dues, and announcements.
• Facilitating verified online fee payments and automated digital receipt issuance.
• Complying with statutory reporting requirements established by educational boards and regulatory authorities.

4. Data Security & Access Control

Our ERP infrastructure enforces role-based access control (RBAC), TLS/HTTPS cryptographic transport, and multi-tenant isolation. Sensitive student and financial details are accessible only by authorized administrative and academic personnel.
